All Miners Cosmetics orders are sent using a Royal Mail First Class service and will take an average of 2-4 working days to arrive.

If you are worried for any reason please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Our standard delivery cost is £1.99, however on occasion we may be running a free delivery promotion - so keep your eyes peeled!

No, we can deliver your parcel to any address as long as it’s within the UK. All you need to do is add a new delivery address in the checkout process, you only need to do this once because it will be automatically uploaded to your online address book.

Currently we are only able to offer delivery within the UK. However if you would like us to deliver internationally then please email us at info@minerscosmetics.co.uk and let us know where your from and we shall see what we can do.

Alternatively if you look on the international section of our stockist page there may be a Miners Cosmetics stockist located near you.

We hope that you are thrilled with your new purchases. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy you may return any item in its original condition and within 14 working days of delivery for a full refund.

If you are returning goods due to your order being damaged, defective or incomplete we will offer you a full refund (inclusive og the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery cost for the returned goods. In order for us to process the full refund please ensure you enclose the valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Please note if you are returning your goods for reasons other than stated above you will not be refunded for any delivery costs. Please ensure the package is wrapped up securely and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for any items lost in transit.

• Your address
• Your contact phone number
• The order reference
• The reason for the return

The promotion code box is located both on the Shopping Bag and Checkout page. All you need to do is enter the code into the box provided and hit apply.

Only one promotion code can be redeemed per order and they MUST be applied before you confirm and pay.

Yes, all prices listed on Miners Cosmetics are inclusive of VAT.

Miners Cosmetics products are not tested on animals. This is to comply with the Cosmetic Product (safety) Regulations and Directive 76/768/EEC, which banned the testing of finished cosmetic products on animals from 11th September 2004. Miners Cosmetics also ensure that none of their Manufacturers test any cosmetic ingredient on animals.
