Returns Policy

We hope that you are thrilled with your new purchases. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy you may return any item in its original condition and within 14 working days of delivery for a full refund.

If you are returning goods due to your order being damaged, defective or incomplete we will offer you a full refund (inclusive og the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery cost for the returned goods. In order for us to process the full refund please ensure you enclose the valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Please note if you are returning your goods for reasons other than stated above you will not be refunded for any delivery costs. Please ensure the package is wrapped up securely and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for any items lost in transit.

To ensure your return is processed correctly please enclose the following information*:

• Your full name
• Your address
• Your contact phone number
• The order reference
• The reason for the return
